User Enrolment

After applying to become a new recognized user, you will receive an Online User Enrolment Email with instructions for completing your New EXCOL online enrolment. You will need your EIPA number and Access Code from that email to continue.

To complete the New EXCOL online access enrolment process, click the "Login & Continue with Enrolment" button below.

If you do not have a GCKey from the Government of Canada’s Secure Online Services, you will be asked to create one prior to completing your New EXCOL online access enrolment.

Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is committed to protecting the privacy rights of individuals and organizations and safeguarding the personal information under its control according to the Privacy Act. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right of access to and/or correction of your personal information and the right to complain to the Privacy Commissioner about the handling of it by GAC.

The information is collected under the authority of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Act, Section 10(2)(k). Use of the Department’s online application New EXCOL is voluntary.

All the information collected will be retained for a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 7 years after the last administrative use. GAC will ensure that this collection of information is published in InfoSource, which provides information about the functions, programs, activities and related information holdings of government institutions subject to the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.

Personal information is protected from disclosure to unauthorised persons/agencies pursuant to the Provisions of the Privacy Act. While third-party commercial information may be subject to requests under the Access to Information Act, no information will be released without first consulting with you.
