After applying to become a new recognized user, you will receive an Online User Enrolment Email with instructions for completing your New EXCOL online enrolment. You will need your EIPA number and Access Code from that email to continue.

If you do not have a GCKey from the Government of Canada’s Secure Online Services, you will be asked to create one prior to completing your New EXCOL online access enrolment.

While third-party commercial information may be subject to requests under the Access to Information Act, no information will be released without first consulting with you.
